Forms of Studies

I. Higher bachelor’s degree (Cycle I)

Full-time education:

  • Pedagogy in primary education and preschool pedagogy (240 credits – 4 years of study)
  • Pedagogy in primary education and English language (240 credits – 4 years of study)
  • Pedagogy in primary education and psychopedagogy (240 credits – 4 years of study)
  • Pedagogy in primary education (180 credits – 3 years of study)
  • Psychopedagogy (180 credits – 3 years of study)
  • Preschool pedagogy (180 credits – 3 years of study)

Part-time education:

  • Pedagogy in primary education (180 credits – 4 years of study)
  • Preschool pedagogy (180 credits – 4 years of study)
  • Psychopedagogy (180 credits – 4 years of study)

Admission is based on the diploma of: Baccalaureate, pedagogical college, higher education.

First cycle graduates are awarded the title of Bachelor of Science in Education.

II. Master’s degree (Cycle II)

  • Pedagogy and methodology of primary education (120 credits – 2 years of study)
  • Psychopedagogy of pre-university education (120 credits – 2 years of study)
  • Social and family psychology (120 credits – 2 years of study)
  • Management of preschool education (120 credits – 2 years of study)
  • Psychology and educational counseling (120 credits – 2 years of study)
  • Innovation management and educational entrepreneurship (120 credits – 2 years of study)
  • Project management in educational and research organizations (120 credits – 2 years of study).

Admission is based on the bachelor’s degree, higher education diploma.

Second cycle graduates are awarded the title of Master of Professionalization in Educational Sciences.

The doctoral school Educational sciences of the Partnership of Higher Education Institutions Tiraspol State University, “Bogdan Petriceicu Hasdeu” State University of Cahul and the Institute of Educational Sciences is authorized (ANACEC Decision no. 27-CC of 12.10.2015) for the realization of scientific doctoral programs:

a) in the scientific field: 5. Social and economic sciences, scientific branch: 53. Education sciences, scientific specialties:

  • 531.02. Educational management
  • 531.04. Social pedagogy
  • 532.01. Preschool teaching
  • 532.02. School didactics (by levels and educational disciplines).

b) in the scientific field: 1. Natural sciences, scientific branch: 13. Physical sciences, scientific profile: 134. Applied physics, scientific specialty: 134.12.Didactic physics.
