The research carried out by the scientific and didactic body are included in the following directions:

  12. Analysis of the quality of environmental factors and food products;
  13. Quantum-chemical calculations regarding the stability of molecular systems;
  14. Modelling of molecules and biochemical processes;

  18. Studying, protecting and using the plant world and the animal world (Flora and Fauna);

In the process of conducting scientific research, there is involved the teaching staff of the university, as well as the PhD, Master and Bachelor degree students of it. The young specialists are involved in research at all directions and at all stages of scientific research conducted within the University.

The selection of the issues, strategies and ways of organizing scientific investigations is the prerogative of the university chairs and the scientific research laboratories focused on issues that integrate the scientific research efforts of the teaching staff.
